You could win a prize package from Delta Vacations.
The prize consists of a certificate redeemable for 1 trip of coach-class flight and hotel package for two to any destination included in the Delta Vacations Winter Sale for 5 nights. Prize is valued up to $3,500; for Mexico/Caribbean destinations the prize includes up to $750/person for flight and up to $2,000 for hotel. For Hawaii destinations, the prize includes up to $1,100/person for flight and up to $1,300 for hotel. Prize is valid for travel from any Delta Vacations origin city to any Delta Vacations hotel. No substitutions will be allowed. Some service may be seasonal. Travel must be completed by April 30, 2013; blackout dates apply. Total ARV of prize: $3500.
ELIGIBILITY:
All fans must complete the sweepstakes entry form to be eligible for the prize. All entrants must also complete the following steps to entry:

Potential winner will be required to complete, sign, and return an Affidavit of Eligibility, Liability/Publicity Release, and W-9 Forms before prize can be issued.
The promotion is open only to legal residents of the United States who are 18 years of age or older. This promotion is subject to all applicable laws and is void where prohibited by law.
Employees of Delta Vacations, its parents, subsidiaries, affiliates, suppliers, advertising agencies, and their immediate family members or persons living in the same household are not eligible to win.
Other restrictions may apply. All applicable taxes are the sole responsibility of the winner.
SWEEPSTAKES SCHEDULE:
Sweepstakes will begin on November 12, 2012, and end on December 16, 2012. Entries must be received no later than 11:59pm CDT, December 16, 2012. Winner will be randomly selected from all eligible entries received and Delta Vacations will contact the potential winner via Email on or around December 17, 2012. The odds of winning are dependent on the number of eligible entrants received.
ADDITIONAL REQUIREMENTS:
By entering the promotion, all entrants agree that Delta Vacations has the right to send the participant a one-time e-mail informing them of the contest winner and other offers; and use and authorize others to use the participant's name and city of residence in any print or electronic media, without compensation, unless prohibited by law, in connection with this promotion and for any other purpose, including news and publicity connected with the contest. Participants waive any right to inspect or approve any such use of their name and residence. Participants release Delta Vacations, its officers, agents, and employees from all claims or liabilities arising in connection with the uses of their name and city of residence that may be made by, to, or concerning participants in the promotion.
Participants agree (a) that Delta Vacations and their respective parent entities, subsidiaries and affiliated companies, advertising and promotion agencies, and all of their respective officers, directors, employees, representatives and agents, will have no liability whatsoever for, and shall be held harmless by participants against any liability for any injuries, losses or damages of any kind to persons, including death, or property resulting in whole or in part, directly or indirectly, from acceptance, possession, misuse or use of any prize or participation in this Promotion or any Promotion related activity; or for any typographical or other error in the printing, offering or announcement of any prize; and (b) except where legally prohibited, winners grant (and agree to confirm that they grant in writing) permission for Delta Vacations and those acting under its authority to use his/her name, photograph, voice and/or likeness, for advertising, trade and/or publicity purposes without additional compensation in all media now known or hereafter discovered, worldwide and on the Internet and/or World Wide Web, without notice, review or approval. If prize or prize notification is returned as non-deliverable, or if winner is found to be ineligible or not in compliance with these Official Rules, such prize will be forfeited. In the event of prize forfeiture, an alternate winner may not be selected. By participating in this Promotion online, you acknowledge and agree that Delta Vacations may collect the personal information submitted by you, and use the information pursuant to Delta Vacations 's privacy policy available at delta.com.
In addition to potential other taxes and fees, winner is responsible for payment of taxes and fees on air travel portion of prize, which may include a $3.80 Federal Excise Tax and the September 11th Security Fee of up to $2.50, which will be imposed on each flight segment in the passenger’s ticketed itinerary. For travel to/from Hawaii/Alaska, U.S. International Air Transportation Tax of up to $8.40, and for international travel, U.S. International Air Transportation Tax of up to $16.70 and U.S. and foreign user, inspection, security or other similarly based charges, fees or taxes of up to $349, depending on itinerary. In addition, winner is responsible for any applicable baggage charges: For travel between/within the United States, $25 USD fee for first checked bag, $35 USD fee for second checked bag. For travel between the United States Mexico/, $40 USD fee for second checked bag. Allowances subject to size/weight limits. These taxes and fees are subject to change, are the responsibility of the passenger and (except for baggage fees) must be paid at the time the ticket is booked. Any taxes, fees, or changes paid at the time of ticket issuance will be refunded if ticket is not used. However, once redeemed, Certificates are void and will have no further value. Certificate travel will not qualify for SkyMiles mileage. Stopovers/Upgrades/Waitlisting/Open Returns are not permitted for tickets booked with Certificates. Standby travel is not permitted except for an earlier flight on the same day as flight ticketed, for an additional charge of $50. Lost, stolen or otherwise destroyed Certificates will not be replaced. Schedules are subject to change without notice. Additional restrictions may apply. It is the responsibility of the passenger to be in possession of all necessary documentation (e.g., valid passport, visa where applicable) at the time and place of departure. Delta reserves the right to deny boarding to any passengers without proper documentation.
REDEMPTION TERMS AND CONDITIONS
• The vacation package is non-refundable and non-transferable.
• Tickets and hotel certificates issued in conjunction with this promotion have zero cash value.
• If your trip certificate includes air, Delta Vacations will provide air transportation via Delta Air Lines from any city in the U.S. 50 or Canada. Travel is permitted on DL designated flights operated by Delta Air Lines, KLM, Compass, Pinnacle, KLM City Hopper, ExpressJet, Freedom, SkyWest, Chautauqua, or Shuttle America. Travel via other DL designated affiliated partner flights is not permitted. The recipient shall be responsible for travel to and from the airport served by such flights.
• Travel is not permitted on the following dates: 2012: Dec 18–31, 2012. 2013: Mar 10-31, 2013.
• Cannot be applied towards previously purchased trip. Certificate may not be combined with any other coupon, certificates, discount, bonus, infant fare, upgrade, SkyMiles air travel award, or promotional offers/tickets.
• Trip certificate is not applicable to Ski, Dive, Asia escorted tours, or Globus family of brands including Globus, Cosmos, Monograms, and Avalon packages
• Certificate cannot be sold or transferred. Purchased certificates are subject to confiscation and you will not be allowed to travel. Only original certificates will be accepted. Certificates will not be replaced. Void if altered.
• Travel must be roundtrip.
• To make your travel arrangements, please call 1-800-452-5672 and refer to the number on the front of this certificate. Reservations must be made and ticket issued prior to departure.
• Booking and travel dates must fall into the range as specified on the front of the certificate.
• Delta Vacations must issue all travel documentation.
• Certificate may only be applied towards number of passengers specified on the certificate; passengers must travel on the same itinerary and must be booked through Delta Vacations.
• Any unused portion of the certificate will not be refunded, and cannot be used towards another booking or another service component.
• Travel agent commission is not paid/earned on a free trip value, taxes, and fees.
• If booking exceeds certificate value, recipient is responsible for any balance due and must be paid in full at time of booking.
• Hotel taxes, state and federal income taxes may apply and are the sole responsibility of the recipient.
• Changes to reservations, once made, are not permitted.
• Checked luggage fees may apply, fees are charged each way, and are subject to change. Refer to delta.com for current rates.
• A per ticket surcharge will apply for paper tickets issued in markets where electronic ticketing is available.
• Substitutions will not be allowed.
• Space is subject to availability.
• SkyMiles mileage credit will not be awarded.
• Flight schedules are subject to change without notice.
