Dates: April 28, 2015 – May 5, 2015

1. Eligibility

This Sweepstakes is open only to legal residents of the 50 United States and Washington D.C. who are 18 years of age and older as of the date of entry. Employees, officers and directors of Life Extension Foundation Buyers Club, Inc. ("Sponsor"), and any of its subsidiaries, Life Extension Foundation, Inc., Life Extension Pharmacy, Inc., Life Extension wholesalers/distributors, and all of their parent companies, affiliates, and subsidiaries (collectively, "Sweepstakes Entities"), and the immediate family members (spouses, siblings, children, parents, grandparents, grandchildren and spouses of the foregoing, regardless of where they live) or members of the same households (whether related or not) of such individuals are not eligible. Subject to all applicable federal, state and local laws and regulations. Void where prohibited.

2. Methods of Entry

Enter via a link that leads to an entry page by following these steps:

1. Tweet the #lovemysupps promo tweet on Twitter by clicking the “Tweet to Enter” button on the right hand side of the contest entry page.
2. Come back and enter once every day to increase your odds of winning!

Alternatively, mail Sponsor a card with #lovemysupps at the top and include your name, address, email address and phone number. You will be entered in the #lovemysupps sweepstakes Sponsor is running the week your entry is received, if any.

All information provided by entrants must be complete, true and correct.

3. Sweepstakes Period and Entry

Life Extension will post the Promo Tweet Monday – Friday during the period between 12:01 a.m. EDT April 28th, 2015 and Midnight EDT May 5th, 2015 (the “Sweepstakes Period”). Sponsor’s entry form app is the official timekeeping device for the Sweepstakes. Limit one entry per person/email address per day. Multiple participants are not permitted to share the same Twitter address. Any attempt by participant to obtain more than one entry per day by using multiple/different Twitter address, email, identities, registrations or logins, or any other methods will void that participant’s entries and Sponsor may disqualify that participant. Late, lost, delayed or incomplete entries will not be eligible. Entries using macro, script or other forms of automatic entry will be disqualified. Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole and absolute discretion, to disqualify any entry that does not comply with these Official Rules.

4. Prize

The Prize consists of one (1) Supplement Gift Pack. The approximate retail value of the prize is $79.00. Specific prize details, components and features will be determined by Sponsor in its discretion.

All federal, state, local taxes on prize value, if applicable, are the responsibility of the winner. Any expenses not specified herein are the responsibility of the winner. An IRS form 1099 will be issued if required by law. The Prize will be awarded if properly claimed. No substitution, cash redemption or transfer of the right to receive a prize is permitted, except in the discretion of Sponsor, which reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value. Prizes is awarded “as is” and without any warranty, except as required by law.

5. Odds of Winning

The odds of winning the Prize depend upon the total number of entries received by the end of the Sweepstakes Period.

6. Selection, Notification and Verification of Winner

On or about May 7th 2015, one (1) potential winner will be selected at random from the entries submitted in the app (via the entry form or through email) and notified via email or phone to receive the Prize specified within the Sweepstakes tweet. The potential winner must respond to Sponsor within seven (7) days of notification, and provide a shipping address to Sponsor at that time, which must be within the United States. If the winner cannot be reached by phone or email or does not respond within seven (7) days, the prize will be forfeited and an alternate potential winner will be randomly selected by the entry form app used by Sponsor.

Winner may be required to complete an affidavit of eligibility, a liability release and a publicity release, subject to the laws of the entrant’s state of residency. A potential winner may disclaim a prize by not claiming such prize within seven (7) days of notification or by not completing and returning to Sponsor the affidavit and releases within the time period specified in the notification (if such documents are provided by Sponsor) and in such case an alternate potential prize winner will be randomly selected. The Prize will be awarded within sixty (60) days after receipt of affidavit and release documents and winner verification.

7. Conditions on Prizes

By accepting the Prize, the winner agrees: (a) that Sponsor may use his/her name and likeness, in any promotional displays or activities without any additional compensation; (b) to be responsible for any and all taxes incurred; and (c) to release and hold Twitter and Sponsor and the Sweepstakes Entities harmless from all claims, and further to release the same from any and all liability for injuries and damages sustained as a result of the Prize or the winner’s participation in the Sweepstakes. All entries become the property of Sponsor upon submission. No part of any entry will be returned to a participant. Potential winner may be requested to provide Sponsor with proof that the potential winner is the authorized account holder associated with a potentially winning entry.

8. Conditions on Participation

All entrants must have Internet or mobile device access in order to enter the Sweepstakes, unless entering by email. Any Internet access and/or usage charges are the sole responsibility of entrants. By participating in the Sweepstakes, entrants agree [a] to these Official Rules and decisions of Sponsor (including, without limitation, decisions regarding eligibility of entries, the selection of entrants and the winners, and the awarding of any prize), which shall be final and binding in all respects relating to this Sweepstakes; [b] to release, discharge and hold harmless Twitter and the Sweepstakes Entities from any and all injuries, liability, losses and damages of any kind resulting from their participating in the Sweepstakes or their acceptance, use or misuse of a prize including, without limitation, personal injury, death and property damage; and if a winner, [c] to permit Sponsor to use his or her name, photograph, likeness, statements, biographical information, voice, voice likeness and city and state address for advertising, publicity and promotional purposes in all media, including but not limited to on air and online, in perpetuity, without compensation (unless prohibited by law) and agree to execute specific consent to such use upon request. Twitter and the Sweepstakes Entities are not responsible for and shall not be liable for: [a] electronic, hardware or software program, network, Internet, computer or other technical malfunctions, failures, or difficulties of any kind, including without limitation, server malfunction or by any human error which may occur in the collection, processing, storage and transmission of data and including any injury or damage to participant’s or any other person’s computer equipment relating to or resulting from participation in this Sweepstakes; [b] lost, late, misdirected, or incomplete entries; [c] any type of graphical or other error in the advertising or printing of the Sweepstakes, in the administration of the Sweepstakes, or in the announcement of the Prize; or [d] any actual or suspected condition that may cause the administration, security or proper play of the Sweepstakes to be disrupted or corrupted in Sponsor's sole discretion; and in any such event Sponsor reserves the right in its sole discretion to cancel or suspend the Sweepstakes or any portion thereof and to award the Prize via a random drawing from among all eligible entries legitimately received prior to cancellation. Use of any device to automate entry, creating and using multiple Twitter accounts to enter, and posting duplicate tweets are prohibited. Sponsor may permanently disqualify from the Sweepstakes any person it believes has tampered with the entry process or intentionally violated these Official Rules.
CAUTION: ANY ATTEMPT BY A PERSON TO DELIBERATELY DAMAGE ANY WEB SITE OR UNDERMINE THE LEGITIMATE OPERATION OF THE SWEEPSTAKES MAY BE A VIOLATION OF CRIMINAL AND CIVIL LAWS AND SHOULD SUCH AN ATTEMPT BE MADE, SPONSOR RESERVES THE RIGHT TO SEEK DAMAGES FROM ANY SUCH PERSON TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW.

In the event of a dispute regarding the identity of the person submitting an online entry, the entry will be deemed to be submitted by the person in whose name the Twitter account is registered at the time of entry, or if entry is via email, the name and address on the entry. Potential winner may be required to provide evidence that he or she is the authorized account holder of the Twitter or email address associated with the winning entry.

You must have a valid Twitter® account to submit an entry via Twitter. You can obtain an account during the Sweepstakes Period by going to www.twitter.com. If you already have a Twitter account, log in with your Twitter username and password and follow the “Method of Entry” listed above. If you do not already have a Twitter account, create a Twitter account according to the instructions on the Twitter website. Please note that you must agree to comply with the Twitter Terms of Service in order to create a Twitter account. Sponsor and its agents are not responsible for any delays or damage to submission of any kind, which may affect any participant’s ability to participate in the Sweepstakes. Sponsor reserves the rights to change, replace or terminate this Sweepstakes or the prize without notice, subject to applicable laws and these Official Rules.

9. Dispute Resolution/Choice Of Law

By participating, each entrant agrees that all issues and questions concerning the construction, validity, interpretation and enforceability of these Official Rules or the rights and obligations of entrants or Sponsor in connection with the Sweepstakes shall be governed by Florida law without giving effect to any principles of conflicts of law of any jurisdiction. Entrant agrees that any action at law or in equity arising out of or relating to this Sweepstakes shall be filed only in the state or federal courts located in Broward County in the state of Florida, United States, and entrant hereby consents and submits to the personal jurisdiction of such courts for the purposes of litigating any such action. Except where prohibited, by participating in this Sweepstakes, entrant agrees that: [a] any and all disputes, claims, and causes of action arising out of or connected with this Sweepstakes shall be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action; and [b] any and all claims, judgments and awards shall be limited to actual out-of-pocket costs incurred, including costs associated with participating in this Sweepstakes but in no event attorneys' fees; and [c] under no circumstances will any entrant be permitted to obtain awards for and entrant hereby waives all rights to claim punitive, incidental and consequential damages and any other damages, other than for actual out-of-pocket expenses, and any and all rights to have damages multiplied or otherwise increased.

10. Sponsor

The Sweepstakes is sponsored by Life Extension Foundation Buyers Club, Inc., with offices at 3600 W. Commercial Boulevard, Fort Lauderdale, FL 33309. The personal information you submit when you enter the Sweepstakes is collected by Sponsor and will be subject to the privacy policy located at http://www.lifeextension.com/Legal/Privacy-Policy. For a winner’s list, send a self-addressed stamped envelope to the Sponsor. Residents of Vermont may omit return postage.

11. Disclaimer

The Sweepstakes is in no way sponsored, endorsed or administered by or associated with Twitter. You understand that you are providing your information to Sponsor and not to Twitter. Any questions, comments or complaints regarding this Sweepstakes must be directed to the Sponsor and not to Twitter. The information you provide will only be used if you are selected as a Sweepstakes winner or if you have indicated that you would like to receive additional information from Sponsor.

12. Severability

If any provision(s) of these Official Rules are held to be invalid or unenforceable, all remaining provisions hereof will remain in full force and effect.
